See Yourself in One of These Careers: EXECUTIVE TEAM LEADER - PHARMACY - As the pharmacist in charge, you are responsible for the productivity and profitability of your Target pharmacy. You’ll supervise, coach and train store pharmacy team members to achieve service and sales goals, counsel guests on prescription and over-the-counter medications, establish effective working relationships with other areas of your Target store and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations. EXECUTIVE PHARMACIST – You keep the Target Pharmacy running smoothly, filling prescriptions promptly and accurately while providing advice as needed. As the Pharmacist, you’ll also uphold guest-service expectations while meeting professional obligations and upholding Target standards. PHARMACY SUMMER INTERN – As a Pharmacy Intern you will become a critical part of the Target team.
