Our pharmacists are not bystanders in patient care but actively serve the medical and nursing staff at our hospitals. Principle pharmacists aggressively manage the formulary, serve on the Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee and also perform renal dosing of medications, IV to PO switch programs, nutritional support, including TPN, and pharmacokenetic monitoring of high risk medications.
