Pharmacist Responsibilities Include:

• Directing and coordinating pharmacy and site operations
• IV admixture and dispensing of drug orders
• Patient teaching
• Medication Therapy Management
• Clinical Drug Monitoring
• Pharmacokinetic Monitoring
• Pharmaco-economic analyses
• Documentation
• Reimbursement support
• Maintaining drug and supply inventory
• Working closely with the physician and RN Coordinator in therapy monitoring and planning the patient course of care
• Developing, implementing and enhancing pharmacy care programs and services

Clinical Pharmacist / Infusion Pharmacist Qualifications:

• Current Pharmacy License
• Previous Infusion Experience Preferred
• Recent Experience in Home Care, Ambulatory Care, Infusion Center or Hospital Settings
