The PHARMACIST manages the day-to-day operation of the
pharmacy. This includes maintaining, filling and dispensing prescriptions, and
ensuring that all federal, state and local laws are followed. The PHARMACIST
also counsels customers regarding drug usage, interactions and potential side
effects as well as consults with physicians as requested or in situations
concerning potential drug interactions, overuse, or incorrectly written
prescriptions, or in any other need that arises.
The PHARMACIST is a 42 hour per week salaried position,
and in addition to receiving a competitive salary, the position is also eligible
for our outstanding benefits package. We also offer more Pharmacy Technician hours than any of our
competitors, as well as the flexibility and good working environment that you

About Happy
Harry's...
Harry Levin opened his first
store on Marsh Road, Wilmington, DE in 1962. This store was called
"Discount Center." Many of the patrons of that store called him
"Happy". This was simply an extension of his warm and happy
personality. In 1965 upon opening his third store, Branmar Plaza, he renamed the
company "Happy Harry's Discount Drugs. So goes the legend of how the
"Happy Harry's" name developed.
Prior to the occasion of the company's 25th Anniversary, Harry Levin
passed away and his son Alan Levin became president and CEO. Happy Harry's has
become Delaware's largest Drug Store Chain with expansion into Cecil, Worcester,
Queene Anne's and Kent County Maryland, Southeastern Pennsylvania and Salem
County New Jersey. There are 64 Happy Harry’s Discount Drug Stores with
several more scheduled to open over the next two years.
