Vision
Our voluntary vision care program provides important benefits for employees and
eligible dependents. Vision benefits
are offered through Vision Service Plan (VSP).
Vision care benefits include an annual vision exam as well as eyeglass
lenses, frames, and contact lenses.
Disability
Insurance
Unfortunately, there are occasions in which employees must be out of work
because of a disability due to an illness, off-the-job injury or pregnancy.
Eligible employees are provided with STD and LTD, a source of income in
the case of disability due to an illness or injury.
401K
In an effort to assist eligible employees with their financial future, a
Retirement/Investment 401K plan is offered.
Employees have the opportunity to deduct pre-taxed income each pay
period.
