You tell us where and when you want to work. There is no obligation or cost to utilize our services.
You have the choice of working as much or little as you want. Our employees are not obligated or pressured
to accept assignments, which enables them to decide their own hours, and choose work environments that they
prefer.
When you come on board with us you are an employee of Dakota Med Temps and therefore we handle all payroll
withholdings and payroll taxes for you. You may be paid by direct deposit or you may receive a paycheck if
you wish. We pay 1.5 times the applicable hourly rate for hours worked over 40 hours per week and if you
choose to work holidays.
We pay a substantial cash bonus to employees that refer pharmacists or nurses after the new employee has been
employed for three months.
