Carondelet Health
Network is built on a tradition of caring and our
commitment to helping people in Southern Arizona dates
back over a century. We are a 3-hospital, non-profit
health care provider comprised of St. Joseph's and St.
Mary's Top 100 Hospitals in Tucson, AZ and Holy Cross
Hospital in Nogales, AZ. Our healing mission, started by
the Sisters of St. Joseph of Carondelet, is to provide
for the health care needs of our communities, to embrace
the whole person in mind, body, and spirit, and to serve
all people with dignity and respect.
Tucson offers a year-round sunny climate, world class
events, and some of the most beautiful natural wonders
of the west. Renowned for its superb weather, the air is
remarkably dry, with a low relative humidity. Tucsonans
enjoy a low-key lifestyle where the pace is naturally
relaxed, the weather is mild, casual dress is the rule,
the cost of living is low, and the natural and cultural
attractions are plentiful. Nogales, located in Southern
Arizona on the Mexican border, is an important retail
and wholesale trading point. It boasts low humidity and
sunny days. With a population of just over 20,000,
Nogales has a special old-world charm and a friendliness
that is hard to match.
