Argus' associates are its greatest resource. At Argus, we pride ourselves on having a corporate culture that allows us to entice and retain the most talented individuals in today's job market. We've created a challenging environment in which you can develop your leadership skills, seize opportunities, and lend to the success of an industry-leading company.
We are currently
expanding our Customer Service / Call Center Facilities and
are recruiting:
- Client
Service Managers (Pharmacy Technicians)
- Sr.
Pharmacy Benefit Analysts (Pharmacy Technicians)
We invite Pharmacy Technicians
on a nationwide basis, and throughout every practice
setting, to submit their resumes. We are even willing to
relocate the right Pharmacy Technicians!
Client
Service Managers:
Client Service Managers develop and manage strategic
business relationships with assigned customers; this
includes managing customer expectations, evaluating the
feasibility of requests, providing high-level solutions
based on strong knowledge of the PBM industry and of Argus
products/services, resolving escalated issues, leading
communications, and analyzing data for trends, impacts,
behaviors, efficiencies and improvements. Client Service
Managers oversee all day-to-day activities with assigned
accounts, manage workflow and scheduling of projects and
become actively involved, as required, to meet schedules and
customer requirements. They evaluate and implement
procedures and processes to improve departmental
efficiencies. They work with clinical staff to maximize
customers' pharmacy savings and promote therapeutic
efficacy. They interact with multiple functional areas and
develop and coordinate projects among those areas on behalf
of their customers, ensuring that product service
deliverables are met. They mentor and are sought out by
associates within their group and across functional areas
for their product and customer knowledge. They often lead
and/or participate on special projects. Management
responsibilities include managing staff performance,
coaching and developing staff, providing input into hiring,
addressing disciplinary actions, and other personnel
functions.
Sr. Pharmacy
Benefit Analysts:
Sr. Pharmacy Benefit Analysts work directly with customers
to develop, implement, and test new benefit structures. They
participate in new customer implementations in lead benefits
expert role, including visiting the customer site for
requirements gathering and actual implementation. They
analyze customer requests for new benefit set up or benefit
changes to determine most appropriate solution for
implementing in the Argus system. Sr. Pharmacy Benefit
Analysts act as mentors to Pharmacy Benefit Analysts as they
come into the department and are an ongoing resource to
assist with complex requests by reviewing analysis and
approach. They serve as subject matter expert on benefits to
other Argus departments and to customers. They research and
resolve benefit-related customer issues. They maintain
ongoing, positive relationships with customers.
