Informatics Pharmacist GLC Associates has a brand-new opening for an Informatics Pharmacist in New Jersey. Will provide relocation for the right candidate. Participates in the development and implementation of strategies to integrate pharmaceutical care activities using information technology which includes clinical documentation. 10. Maintains and establishes departmental policies and procedures and process improvement initiatives as well as participates in multi-disciplinary quality and service improvement teams. 11. Incorporates and exhibits Service Excellence Standards in daily worklife and leadership behavior. 12. Supports the development and implementation of the department's Service Excellence Plan.
